New Front-and-Rear Head Structure

Featuring a new front-and-rear head layout with independent Z-axis control, the upgraded SawJet provides more balanced beam loading, reduced vibration and higher stability. With the beam shortened by 800mm and rapid traverse speed up to 30m/min, it delivers faster, more precise and efficient processing for stone fabrication

Independent Milling Cutter

Independent milling cutter mounted on the side of the tool head, no frequent downtime for tool changes. High flexibility and precision for drilling, slotting, carving and complex processes. Integrated with cutting, realizing all-in-one machine.

Oil-immersed linear guide rail

The cast iron crossbeam maintains its shape stability even after long-term use, reducing maintenance frequency; meanwhile, the entire frame is coated with rust-proof paint, effectively extending its service life.

Heavy-duty Suction Cup

The suction cup bears up to 200kg. It cuts labor cost, boosts efficiency, avoids overcutting and improves slab yield.

Profiling Worktable

The workbench surface adopts high-strength honeycomb panel structure, specially used for processing inner and outer holes, edging, shaping and other processes.

Cooling System

The cooling system offers three configurations—air-cooled, water-cooled, and oil-cooled—allowing flexible selection based on regional climate and operating conditions to ensure reliability while achieving optimal energy efficiency.

Dual Hydraulic Cylinder Tilting Platform

The tilting platform is driven by dual hydraulic cylinders, enabling 180° flipping of the entire worktable for easy sheet loading / unloading and thorough bottom sand cleaning.

Safety guards

The protective door combines high safety with clear visibility, effectively blocking debris splashes to ensure operator protection.

Camera

Optional camera function. Eliminates manual origin setting before cutting, improves positioning accuracy and efficiency.
