Description

The ToolDocker WT-JGS Corner Round Diamond Router Bit Series provides heavy-duty vacuum-brazed edge shaping for fabricators machining quartz, granite, marble, sintered stone, and porcelain slabs. Engineered for both handheld portable stone routers and CNC machinery, each bit features an ultra-smooth sealed top guide bearing that rolls along the stone edge to shape consistent, uniform radiuses (available from R3 up to R18). Built-in slurry ejection flutes prevent diamond overheating and glazing, leaving a smooth pre-polish edge transition that cuts down manual hand-polishing time.
