Alarm Faults (Overrange):

Problem: Machine exceeds its limits.

Checks:

• Design size exceeds work area.
• Motor/leadscrew connections are loose (tighten).
• Proper grounding of machine and computer.
• Current marker exceeds soft limit.

Solution: Manually move the machine away from the limit using arrow keys. Soft limits can be cleared in coordinate settings.

Non-Alarm Faults:

Poor Repeatability: Check motor/leadscrew connections (as above).

Machine Doesn’t Move: Check connections between computer control card and electrical box.

No Origin Signal: Check proximity switch at the mechanical origin.

Output Faults:

No Output: Check connections between computer and control box.

Software Issues: Check engraving manager storage and delete unnecessary files.

Loose Connections: Inspect all signal cable connections.

Carving Faults:

Loose Parts: Check all screws for tightness.

Incorrect Path: Verify the toolpath is correct.

File Size: Check if the file is too large for the computer to process.

Incorrect Bit Clamping: Ensure the bit is properly secured and oriented in the chuck.

Damaged Cutter: Replace the cutter with a new one.
