CLASS 900S

Battipav CLASS 900S is a professional electric wet tile saw designed for precise cutting of ceramic, porcelain, and marble tiles. Featuring a sliding motor head, water-cooled diamond blade, and a maximum cutting length of 900 mm, it delivers accurate straight and mitre cuts for large-format tile installations. Ideal for contractors and professional tile installers.

Description

CLASS is a radial tile cutter ideal for straight and 45° angle cuts on porcelain stoneware, tiles and marble. New design with vanguard technical innovation, strong and precise, it is equipped with sliding cutting head and tilting engine. It is built to work with diamond disks Ø 200 mm. Laser instrument and kit wheels are supplied standard only for the “S” version.

– Sliding cutting head and tilting engine
– Thermal protection
– Switch with release coil
– Laser instrument
– Kit wheels
– Adjustable legs
– Adjustable goniometer fence
– Water recycling pump type S0

BRIDGE

The rail is in extrusion of alluminium at high resistance to the torsional stress.
It’s equipped with interchangeable stainless steel bearings-tracks and millimitres graduated scale for a fast execution of the cut.

CONTROL BOARD

Control board includes:
• switch with release coil;
• LASER instrument for the maximum cutting precision (available only for “S” version).

CARRIAGE

The carriage engine group made in aluminium slides on the rail by means 8 ball-bearings, of which 4 works always in perpendicular way respect to the rail.

TILTING CUTTING HEAD

The cutting head is horizontally pivoted and can be locked at the intended height. It makes every kind of shape.

STORE

Built to reduce at the minimum the encumbrance during the carriage and above all the storage space.
