The ToolDocker TD-JGS Multi Arc Bit (No. 5) is a vacuum-brazed architectural profiling router bit designed for cutting classical baluster, urn, and multi-tier bead-and-cove contours on engineered quartz, granite, marble, sintered stone, and porcelain slabs. With its sculpted 34 mm bulb diameter, tight 18 mm waist, and 22 mm lower profile height, it delivers ornate, symmetrical edge detailing on luxury countertops, fireplace surrounds, and custom stone furniture with minimal secondary hand polishing.

  • Intricate Baluster & Urn Architectural Profile: Features a multi-tiered contour combining a convex center bulb, deep concave waist, and flared top and bottom collars.

  • Dual-Zone Profile Versatility: The lower 22 mm section handles standard 2 cm slab profiling, while the full head allows complex architectural moulding cuts.

  • Vacuum-Brazed Diamond Layer: Industrial diamond particles fused to hardened tool steel deliver high stock removal rates and chip-free edge transitions.

  • Rigid 1/2” (12.7 mm) Shank: Solid tool-steel body resists vibration, deflection, and chatter under heavy cutting loads.

  • Mandatory Continuous Water Cooling: Operates with continuous flood coolant or active mist to clear abrasive stone sludge and prevent diamond glazing.
