1. Returns

1.1 Return Due to Change Of Mind

Tool Docker will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in re-sell-able condition, also shall not be any consumables like tools as polishing pads, profiling wheels, cutting discs, drill bits, grinding bits, core bits, floor grinding shoes/blocks, metal or resin bonded. but returns only limited to machinery and equipment if proved faulty from the manufacturer and it is not in working condition as arrived, will be returned on approval at the shipping & custom clearance cost of the customer, back and forth.

Please remember the returns are only for the machinery and equipment and strictly NOT for consumable tools as mentioned in the above paragraph.

Please remember that we are drop-shipping business model and are solely based on our supplies from different manufacturers from China majorly. So every return is with their approval and discretion. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and they will be required to arrange their own shipping to our manufacturers address, upon our acceptance.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to us from the manufacturer and then further will be refunded to our customers as soon as we receive it, it may be put to in store credit for a future purchase after deducting the fee that has already been paid to the payment gateway, as it is not refunded to us, either. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

Please just attach your receipt, order confirmation or sales invoice and product pictures in the state that you received the goods in and the reason that you want to return it.

Products can be returned after approval from our team, online.

(Tool Docker) will refund only the value of the goods that are returned but will NOT refund the cost of any shipping nor any other charges like payment gateway charges, taxes, customs, packaging charges or any handling charges that were paid at the time of purchase or later.

 

1.2 Warranty Returns

Tool Docker will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of items.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping; however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Tool Docker to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

2. Refunds

We are unable to offer refunds or to exchange products that have been cut to size, made to measure or mixed to your individual requirements. Products which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, including products with limited shelf life such as pads or grinding bricks, will not be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty or incorrectly delivered.

If the product you purchase is faulty, or not as described, we may offer an exchange, refund or repair as appropriate.
